Graduate Sales Academy Intern (Spring 2025)
As an Intern at Lennox, you will be a part of a team of innovative and knowledgeable industry professionals. You can expect to participate in impactful, developmental projects designed for your specific area of focus. This role is set to begin in January 2025 and work between 15-20 hours a week along side your classes at our office most local to your university.
Successful interns will have the potential opportunity of joining Lennox Full-Time upon graduation. Relocation and/or travel may be required for your position.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Responsible for classroom participation and sales activities in retail, inside sales and outside sales environments.
- Under close supervision, analyzes clients needs and assists in different phases of the sales process.
- Responsible ensuring proper stocking of Lennox products
- Assists in unloading products and deliveries
- Effectively communicates features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers
- Ensures warranties are properly taken care of in a timely manner. Follows and adheres to all safety, health and security and environmental standards
- Will perform as Store Manager when needed, including scheduling, ordering and open/close procedures
- Generates leads for outside sales staff, proactively sell in support of company promotions. Responds to and investigate customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, fax, and mail.
- Under direct supervision, sells products, services, supplies to selected customers in a designated market area or accounts via inbound or outbound telephone contacts
- Participates in outside sales appointments and other sales training
- Participates in and successfully completes all graduate sales academy training program requirements

Required Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of principle concepts for the role
