Job Description

We are seeking energetic, passionate people who enjoy the outdoors and want to play a key role for the position of Custodial Worker within the Division of Parks & Watercraft, headquartered at Lake Hope State Park, assigned to Vinton county. The address is 27331 OH-278, McArthur, OH 45651. This position will be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What you will do...

  • Work outside in some of the most beautiful parks in Ohio
  • Performing housekeeping duties in our beautiful cabins, common areas, public restrooms, shower houses and outdoor facilities.
  • Interact daily with a variety of customers who utilize the park & watercraft facilities.

Qualifications

Formal education in arithmetic that includes addition & subtraction & in reading & speaking common English vocabulary. In accordance with Section 124.11(B)(2), revised code, Director of Administrative Services has determined this classification to be unskilled labor class & therefore exempt from written examination.
