Editorial Internship – Creative Content

The Local Palate seeks an Editorial Intern to assist the Creative Content Department for the upcoming semester. Interns will support various projects in all stages of the partnered editorial process, including fact checking, compiling in-house copy, and assisting with client communications. Interns should possess excellent research, communication, and writing skills, and have a strong knowledge of grammar and punctuation, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with AP style is a plus but not required. Students should be attending or have recently graduated from a college or university, have journalism experience, and be passionate about food and Southern travel. Interns are expected to commit at least 12 hours a week and remote applicants are encouraged to apply.
