Accounting Manager

Your duties will include income tax planning, preparation and review for Individuals, corporations and partnerships. You will also assist with year-end client accounting and financial statement preparation. This position offers the chance to see many aspects of public accounting and to be exposed to clients of all sizes, in many different industries.

As you gain experience, you will be given a wider variety of tasks and responsibilities. We always encourage gaining additional knowledge in specific areas such as Estate & Trust, Business Valuation or any other topic that interests you.

The work schedule is very flexible and we base our compensation on 2,080 hours per year, not 2,200 or 2,300 hours per year like some larger firms do. We also allow you to bank hours worked above 40 hours in a week during tax season to be used as extra vacation the rest of the year or paid as additional compensation. You also earn commission on any clients that you bring to the firm.
