Human Resources Coordinator

As a Human Resources Coordinator at Mauser, you will support a team of HR Directors and other HR team members with a variety of HR-focused tasks including supporting day-to-day tasks relating to recruiting, benefits, HRIS, and general HR functions. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists with administrative tasks related to health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  • Responds as needed to employee requests and questions.
  • Completes Forms I-9 and verifies I-9 documentation.
  • Generates a variety of reports.
  • Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.
  • Supports Talent Acquisition with offer letters, background checks, job postings, etc. Tracks status of candidates and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process.
  • Schedules meetings and interviews as requested.
  • Makes photocopies; mails, scans, and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.
  • Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
  • Prepares new-employee files.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Computer proficient including Microsoft Office Suite.
