Job Description and Duties

 

Anticipated Interview Dates: Virtual interviews are anticipated to begin the week of August 19, 2024.

Telework Information: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more on-site, per week.

Our Retirement Benefits Training and Development Unit is currently seeking a Staff Services Analyst (SSA)/Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) to train team members on how to accurately and timely pay retirement benefits in accordance with CalPERS law, policies and procedures. The SSA/AGPA will work jointly with team members to design, develop, deliver, and update courses, procedures, PowerPoint presentations, and other job aids in order to facilitate the training program. Courses are delivered both virtually and in-person.
