Recreation Supervisor
As a Recreation Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supervising the recreation team and assisting the Recreation Director. You'll oversee recreation facilities, ensuring positive and friendly guest relations. With creativity and curiosity you will work with recreation leadership to create and execute memorable and unique activities for our guests, owners, and community.
Salary: $22.00/hour
Targeted Start Date: August 2024
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service
- Train team members with the needed knowledge of all activities in order to respond to guest inquiries accurately
- Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
Primary Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of previous recreation experience
- Must be able to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college or post-secondary educational background in hospitality or recreation preferred
- Previous experience in a hosptiality or resort enivornment preferred
- Ability to provide legible communication and directions
