LA Intern

Essential Responsibilities:

Interns will participate in their assigned department’s daily operations. Interns will work on department-specific research projects, perform administrative duties, and support with ad-hoc tasks. Interns may be asked to complete an end of summer project utilizing the knowledge they have acquired over the course of the fall.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be detail-oriented and able to handle complex instructions with care and follow-through.
  • Must be an excellent multi-tasker and have proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Must have a friendly, open demeanor with ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Must be able to adapt to changes and work in a fast paced, demanding environment.
  • Must be dependable and proactive.
  • Must be able to prioritize the workload and use time efficiently.
  • Must have a basic understanding of and strong desire to build a career in the entertainment industry.

 

Program Details:
This is a part-time internship position. Internships are ~24 hours per week, Tuesday through Thursday, and in-office unless otherwise noted.

Our program will include a welcome orientation, career planning sessions, end-of-summer project, and other events throughout the 10 weeks you’re with us.

Important Dates, subject to change:

July 25th: Recruiters begin reviewing applications and reaching out to candidates.

July 29th: Applications close.

August 15th: Roles will be filled on a rolling basis, with the goal of extending all offers by this date.

September 17th: Internship starts.

November 21st: Internship ends.

If selected to move forward, you will meet with the hiring manager and potentially 1-2 additional team members.

Offer or Decline.

If selected for the position, a recruiter will call to extend an offer. If you have not been selected, we will reach out to let you know.

Eligibility:
Our internships are designed with rising junior and senior undergraduate candidates in mind; however current college enrollment is not required.

Pay:
We offer paid internships; non-exempt position; range $17.50 - $18.00/hour.
