Job Description and Duties 

Under the supervision of the Supervising Hydroelectric Power (HEP) Utility Engineer with technical guidance and direction from Operations and Maintenance Environmental Assessment Branch and in consultation with the San Joaquin Field Division Senior Environmental Scientist (Specialist), the incumbent performs basic regulatory compliance, scientific, and consultative services in support of responsible application of established scientific methods and principles concerning environmental issues.
