Assistant Field Manager

As the Assistant Field Manager in this position, you will:

• Provide supervision, leadership and guidance to many permanent and seasonal staff.
• Assist the Field Manager by providing motivation, direction and decisions required to implement and carry out multiple use and ecosystem and resource management.
• Participate in all aspects of a complex land management programs including producing rangelands and forests, threatened and endangered species, big game winter range, and multiple competing uses including urban development, significant recreation, and land and mineral development.
