Junior Electrical Antenna Engineer

Toyon is seeking an Electrical Engineer with experience in the design and test of antennas and RF systems. Requirements
The Junior Electrical Antenna Engineer position requires at least a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering, Physics or related discipline. A Masters is preferred. Mechanical Engineers with a strong understanding and/or experience with electrical engineering will be considered. Excellent verbal/written skills and the ability to think outside the box is essential. Any of the following capabilities, or a subset thereof, will be highly valued:
- Antenna Design
- RF Design
- Estimation Theory
- Digital Circuit Design
- Analog Circuit Design
- Machine Learning
- Python, C, C++
- MATLAB
- Program management capability
Familiarity with standard computer-aided design and analysis tools such as Ansoft HFSS or CST Microwave Studio is highly desired. However, the ability to learn and embrace the use of such tools is of utmost importance.

The annual pay range for the Junior Electrical Antenna Engineer position is $80,000 to $150,000.
The posted pay range values provide the candidate with guidance on annual base compensation for the position, at a full time level of effort, exclusive of overtime, bonus, and benefits-related compensation, over a range of qualifications that may fit hiring objectives. Toyon Research Corporation will consider the individual candidate’s education, work experience, applicable knowledge, skills and training, among other factors, when preparing an offer of employment.
