Program Performance Specialist

The incumbent works under the direction of the Chief of the Program Performance and Reporting (PPR) Unit. The Associate Governmental Program Analyst performs the more responsible, varied, and complex technical analytical staff services assignments related to the monitoring of the Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Branch’s (CLPPB) compliance with timelines and deliverables for internal implementation of the Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention (CLPP) Program Strategic Plan, calculates and produces performance reports for management; and communicates upcoming requirements for Strategic Plan implementation to CLPPB staff. The AGPA maintains Excel spreadsheets, workbooks, and/or databases for the management of complex Program progress report and performance data in support of statewide Strategic Plan implementation efforts; aggregates statewide lead poisoning prevention data and produces performance metrics for purposes of marketing, reporting, and continuous Program improvement; and serves as liaison to CLPPB contractors.

The Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Branch (CLPPB) oversees a statewide program that provides a wide and complex array of secondary and primary prevention services to children with lead poisoning, lead exposure or risk of lead exposure.
