Bilingual Customer Service Rep

DeliverThat strives to provide the rewarding work environment you deserve. Our Contact Center CSRs provide support to our independent contractors through phone, SMS, and email channels. Agents engage with contractors to answer their questions, document their issues, and provide the solutions they need to succeed. In addition, these specialists use CRM and Slack functions to keep our Delivery Operations team aware of potential issues and log communications. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and computer skills, a patient disposition, and the ability to thrive in a diverse and evolving work atmosphere.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Providing prompt support by fielding in-bound phone calls, texts, and emails from Spanish speaking drivers
  • Documenting interactions with drivers and updating communication logs using our CRM in English
  • Assisting new Spanish speaking drivers with their onboarding and introduction to DeliverThat's platform
  • Responding to driver feedback and ensuring their satisfaction 

Key Skills

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Contact or Call Center Experience
  • Proficiency in CRM software and general contact center tools/technologies
  • Multi-tasking and computer dexterity
  • Active Listening and De-escalation skills
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish languages

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
