What We're Looking For…
Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Operations and leadership skills to develop team members for future opportunities.
- Excellent organizational and maximizing skills.
- Advanced computer skills to include MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Very proficient teaching EMR software systems
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
Education and Experience:
- Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.
- Current state Physical Therapist license.
- Three to five years of clinical experience, with a passion for healthcare leadership and small business development.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.
Work Environment:
- Requires manual dexterity and general strength and endurance.
- Routine lifting (5-35 lbs), carrying (5-10 lbs), pushing (5-150 lbs), and sustained gripping (40-50 lbs).
- Guarding lift loads of 120-140 lbs.
