The Position

We are seeking a results-driven Director to lead essential components of our Business Consulting and Services engagements. This role will drive impactful solutions and ensure client success, offering expert guidance and strategic insights. You will be pivotal in providing high-level analysis, managing project teams, and fostering strong client relationships to support our diverse consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support M&A negotiations and develop financial forecasts.
• Prepare and review management presentations and confidential memorandums.
• Perform and guide valuation analyses utilizing DCF, comparable company data, and cost approaches.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for valuations, damage analysis, and forecasting.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and in-depth analysis of transactions.
• Present findings and facilitate discussions among clients and stakeholders.
• Cultivate and expand client relationships to drive practice growth and business development.

Professional Growth

• Mentor junior staff and work alongside accomplished senior management, gaining valuable industry insights.
• Engage in diverse consulting engagements, broadening industry knowledge and expertise.
• Build a robust professional network and achieve industry recognition.

Qualifications

• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• 4-6 years of relevant industry experience in operational and financial restructuring, accounting, or finance at a major accounting or restructuring firm.
• Proficiency in Excel and advanced financial modeling skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
