Product Development Manager

Role Summary:
The Product Development Manager for HikeHER Dallas will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities for growth and partnerships that support our holistic living focus, faith-based mission, and breast cancer community initiatives. This role requires strategic thinking, networking skills, and a strong understanding of business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue potential partnerships, sponsorships, and funding opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase the organization’s reach and impact in areas of wellness, faith-based activities, and breast cancer support.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, local businesses, and community organizations.
• Create and present proposals to potential partners and sponsors.
• Monitor industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
• Previous experience in business development, sales, or fundraising is preferred.
• Passion for the mission and goals of HikeHER Dallas.
