Role Overview:

As a Scrum Master Intern at Bad Kids Korporation, you will be an integral part of our project management team, working closely with our development and creative teams to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery. You will gain hands-on experience in agile methodologies, team collaboration, and project management processes.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in facilitating daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support the development team in maintaining a productive and collaborative environment.
- Help track and manage project progress using agile tools and methodologies.
- Assist in identifying and removing impediments that may hinder the team's progress.
- Collaborate with product owners to ensure that the product backlog is well-groomed and prioritized.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and practices.
- Participate in training and mentorship sessions to develop a deeper understanding of agile principles and Scrum framework.
- Document and report on project status, metrics, and key performance indicators.

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
