HR Intern (Talent Acquisition)

THE ROLE

The HR Talent Acquisition Intern will assist internal and external customers in person, by phone, or via e-mail by answering inquiries related to department services, programs, and records; help the TA team schedule candidate interviews and complete other recruitment-related tasks; and perform general human resources support work such as scanning, filing, and other related duties as assigned. 

Responsibilities

  • Answering inquiries related to department services
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team by scheduling candidate interviews
  • Perform general Human Resources administrative tasks such as scanning, filing and other related duties as assigned

Pay

The hourly pay for this position is: $15 - $19 (based on education level)

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in any of the following degree programs: HR Management, Business, or a related field from a regionally accredited post-secondary institution
  • Current enrollment with a minimum of 6 credit hours per semester (undergraduate level) or 3 credit hours per semester (graduate level)
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher
  • A valid Nevada driver’s license
  • Legal right to work in the U.S.
