Responsibilities
- Develop and foster long-term relationships with clients
- Listen, gather facts, analyze needs, and make responsible financial recommendations
- Maintain vast knowledge of our products and services (i.e.: life insurance, annuities, mutual funds, long term care, disability, college and retirement planning)
- Expand personal knowledge and skills through joint work with fellow associates
- Dedicate yourself to professional growth and teamwork
Training Process
At WestPoint, we focus our attention on training, developing, and retaining quality financial professionals so that they can succeed in an ever-changing marketplace. Along with product and service training, you’ll learn what it takes to run your own business and nurture the entrepreneurial spirit. You will be in business for yourself, but not by yourself; top leaders commit to mentoring, coaching, and assisting on appointments.
You’ll develop and sharpen your skills to achieve success in this fast-paced industry. We have a structured and comprehensive training plan, including:
- Sandler Selling System® – A professional selling system that teaches how to establish a relationship with a prospect, qualify a prospect and implement the solution.
- In-house Product Specialists for each line of business: Life Insurance, Annuities, Disability Income, Investments, and Pension & Qualified Plans. These specialists are available to you for consultation on complex cases.
- Joint Fieldwork with Product Specialists and tenured Advisors
- On-site marketing team works with you to develop a strategic marketing plan, select the resources recommended to work in your target market, and provide other pre-sale support.
Qualifications
Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with the expected graduation date between December 2023 - July 2025, or equivalent work experience required, and exhibit:

- Initiative and resiliency
- A passion for success
Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without limitation or sponsorship now or in the future (e.g., OPT, H-1B visa, TN, etc.).
