Partner Operations Analyst

Are you a data-driven problem solver with a passion for strategic analysis and partner ecosystem optimization? We're looking for a talented Partner Operations Analyst to join our global team and drive our partner program to new heights!

 

Here’s a taste of what you'll be doing:

  • Collaborate with Partner, Customer Success, and Finance teams to analyze partner performance metrics, including pipeline generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value.
  • Evaluate partnership strategies, focusing on integration effectiveness and user experience enhancement within the Go1 ecosystem.
  • Develop data-driven insights and financial models to optimize the partner program strategy and support decision-making for sales and marketing.
  • Contribute to partner-related budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning processes.
  • Oversee partner commission evaluations and KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Support functional leaders in establishing department-specific metrics that align with company strategy, while improving internal reporting for better decision-making.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the Go1 partner ecosystem and industry trends to inform program strategy.
  • Independently manage partner revenue projects end-to-end, including stakeholder communication and consensus-building.

 

You will have: 

  • Bachelor's degree: In Business, Systems Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or Information Systems; 1-2 years experience in Corporate Finance, Strategy, Analytics, Business Analysis, Operations, or Consulting
  • Data skills: Condensing large datasets into actionable insights for leadership; proficient with Salesforce, Excel, analytics tools, and statistical knowledge
  • Tech skills: Experience with Salesforce, Excel, analytics tools, and statistical knowledge.
  • You're a creative thinker with quick learning ability, strategic perspective, self-motivation, excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail

 

What will make you stand-out to us:

  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS company with a global customer base.
  • You have used Salesforce, Excel, Asana, AirTable, Jira, PowerPoint, PowerBI
  • Experience with process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Adaptability to evolving technologies and business processes.
  • Track record of driving impactful insights and strategic initiatives in operations roles.
  • You're results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.



At Go1, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays between $75,000 to $85,000 and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
