Program Coordinator - Global Campus Rogers
Summary of Job Duties:
As the Program Coordinator, you'll work closely with the Director of Professional and Workforce Development. to design, implement, and oversee engaging training programs that cater to diverse learning needs. Your work will encompass a variety of formats, including in-person, hybrid, and online classes, ensuring comprehensive and accessible professional and workforce development growth opportunities. In this role, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to advancing careers and enhancing skills. This position will help shape and manage cutting-edge professional and workforce development programs for individuals at various stages in their career.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
This position will be housed at The Collaborative office in Bentonville
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education
Program management experience that demonstrates knowledge of how to plan, develop, and implement training programs
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education
Experience working with business and industry
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of training programs
Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to communicate professionally and respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds and expertise
Ability to embrace change and adapt to new technology
