Hybrid position

Title: Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Golden Valley, MN

Status: Full Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday midday to early evening shift with flexibility of start times, example: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Hybrid schedule: Employees are eligible to work from home 2 days a week after 90 days of employment

Wage: $25.48 per hour with 2,000 base increase at 6 months and comprehensive benefits package

About the Position:

This position is responsible for full cycle recruitment in a high volume environment. Primarily this position will focus on sourcing, attracting, evaluating, and hiring qualified candidates across various departments. This position is designed to provide midday to early evening interview support to our candidates in our pipeline.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Candidate support:

  • Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews
  • Extending offers and coordinate start dates for candidates
  • Determining the right fit for the candidates based on KSAO’s

Caseload management:

  • Providing guidance and support to hiring manager on recruitment best practices
  • Coordinating and schedule interview with hiring managers and candidates

Communication:

  • Consulting with organizational leaders to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for their respective positions

Department Development:

  • Creating and analyzing weekly recruiting reports to further support department initiatives
  • Maintains and ensures compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations.

Marketing:

  • Attending job fairs, campus events and other networking opportunities
  • Attracting quality candidates by creative sourcing methods

Technology utilization:

  • Maintaining candidate database and manage applicant tracking system

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experince in recruiting/HR
  • Preferred degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Applicants must have a Valid US Driver's License, a vehicle to use for work related purposes, and a suitable driving record per company policies
