Doctoral Fellow, Department of Curriculum & Instruction
Responsibilities:
In collaboration with the program coordinator, this Doctoral Fellow will support initiatives, events, and social media updates for the student and faculty experience as it relates to research and professional development in the department. This position is a hybrid position with tasks completed during the daytime hours.
- Assist the program coordinator with collecting, entering, and organizing data
- Monitor and facilitate the social media presence on LinkedIn and Instagram
- Assist with program-related events in person or online.
- Assist the program coordinator in supporting student success initiatives (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, conferences/events, compiling student handbooks)
- Other department-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
The fellow should be a St. John's University student enrolled in an education or education-related graduate program. The fellow should be proficient in Microsoft Office, Canvas, and social media; excellent communication, time-management, and multi-tasking skills
Hours:
Hours per week 20 (excluding breaks, university holidays, evenings, and weekends)
