Quality Engineering Co-Op - Fall 2024

Title: Quality Engineering Intern/Co-Op

Department: Quality 

Reports to: Quality Engineering Manager

This is an IN PERSON position - located in Sidney, OH

Possible Responsibilities:

• Develop part inspection strategies
• Verify parts meet print requirements
• Work with Inspection Lab to set priorities
• Monitor in process jobs and support on issues arising
• Prepare documentation for customers
• Review Scrap Reports and analyze data for improvement opportunities
• Develop corrective actions for nonconforming material
• Internal Auditing and Preparation work

Qualifications 

• Able to handle multiple projects
• Strong communication skills
• Interest in Quality
• Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office
• CMM Programming and experience with metrology a plus

Will work closely with Inspectors, Manufacturing Engineers, Operators, and Customers.

Work Schedule: 40 Hours a week
