Social Media and Fundraising

We are looking for an undergraduate/graduate, pre-MBA/MBA, or early career professional to support with social media and fundraising. In addition to social media and fundraising experience, ideal candidates should also have a passion for education and social impact, as well as an ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a startup environment. They should be good self starters and eager to learn more about their assigned project areas. While most work will be done independently and remotely, the new teammate will have opportunities to work collaboratively and provide regular status updates and reports to the rest of the team. Please note, this is an unpaid experiential learning and volunteer position. 

About The School and Beyond Foundation: The School and Beyond Foundation (S&B) is a 501c3 public charity and currently serves high school juniors and seniors in the United States as well as university students in Ghana. We provide introductory lessons in computer science, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and health and wellness and further expose our scholars to a variety of subjects through our Speaker Series. After participating in these sessions, our scholars complete an assessment designed to help them self-reflect and articulate a life path that is personally and professionally meaningful to them. Based on their interests and goals, our scholars are paired with mentors who provide academic and career guidance. Our scholars can also apply for School and Beyond Scholarships as well as receive support with applying to external scholarships.
