NIH - Language Interpreters Program Fall Intern

Native Spanish speaker with a 100% English fluency. Formal bilingual education preferably with medical interpretation or translation training. Aptitude to work with diverse ethnicities, excellent communication and customer service skills. Interest in medicine, science or medical research career. Able to bridge cultural and linguistic gap between hospital staff and patients with Limited English Proficiency. Working full-time hours 8-4:30 M-F. This position is great for recent graduates!

  • Language Interpretation and Translation Spanish/English Emphasis
  • Medicine (MD)
  • Public Health MPH, DPH
