As a Seasonal Event Lead, you will oversee the execution and flow of our Hunger Projects with various corporations, schools, congregations, and organizations across the United States. Serving as the onsite point of contact, the Seasonal Event Lead is responsible for ensuring a successful, engaging, and impactful event for our partners and volunteers. Day to day, you will have the opportunity to travel and lead our volunteer events varying in size and scope. The person in this role has oversight of event set up, load-in and load-out, event logistics, manages on-site event staff, and ensures our events are following schedule.

This position is a seasonal role beginning with extensive training through the months of July & August 2024, both in our Longwood, FL HQ location and out in the field. Our comprehensive training program will set you up for success to lead Hunger Projects around the country through the month of November 2024. You gain opportunities to lead groups of people, large and small & lead events and near and far.  As scheduling allows, you will have opportunities to learn more about U.S. Hunger, it’s mission, and the impact we are making in the world. As a Seasonal Event Lead with U.S. Hunger, YOU will help advance our mission of ‘Feeding families today and uniting them to a healthier tomorrow.’ Travel, lodging, and per diem compensation will be covered by U.S. Hunger.
