We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Design Assistant to join our PureStyle team in Lakewood Ranch. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Interior Design, exceptional customer service skills, and thrieves in a fast-paced working environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Assist with pricing, create purchase and work orders
- Assembling job books and creating presentations for client meetings
- Assisting in fabric and furniture selection for models and customers
- Answer telephones, order samples, organize and maintain the library
- Packing and unpacking for model installations
- Assisting with model installations
- Supporting the Amenity and Landscape Design process, including managing submittals for review and return, filing, organizing meeting materials, and typing meeting notes
- Aiding in product development for new homes, including product research, data entry, and organization
- Assist the department with merchandising, which may include handling errands outside the office as well as other functions as required.

WHAT YOU BRING:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design preferred
- Personable and highly motivated with exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient with MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- General sedentary work requiring the use of office equipment such as computers, copiers, printers, scanners, and telephones.
- Position requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, grasping, writing, typing, repetitive motions, hearing ability, visual acuity, and climbing stairs on occasion.
- May occasionally lift and move up to 30 pounds.
