Business Development Trainee

Business Development Trainee Responsibilities:
- Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure optimal customer satisfaction
- Communicate confidently with the our charity partners target market to increase donations and meet fundraising objectives
- Grasp company goals and daily process of operations by shadowing top account executives
- Conduct presentations to potential consumers directly informing them of our client’s community based initiatives
- Participate in daily meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities
- Track all donations, sales and inventory
- Build and maintain positive professional relationships with team members, customers, and clients
Business Development Trainee Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in college in a bachelor's degree program or graduating with a degree in Business Development, Marketing, Communications, or relating field of study
- Experience in Leadership roles, sales, customer service, or marketing
- Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
- Uphold company values and respect every customer
- Solution-oriented thinking quickly on your feet and self-motivated
- Desire to learn and grow in the business consulting and marketing industry
- Bold and creative thinker who thrives in collaborative environments as well as independently
