Professional Rank and Salary Range: SL-1, $27.00/hour (grant-funded)
Schedule: Approximately 15 hours a week, this may fluctuate based on need and availability of candidate. While we are looking to create a set schedule upon hire, we are flexible and able to work with candidate's schedule.
Duration: This position will run for 1-year in support of the 2024-2025 academic year. This is a part-time, temporary, grant-funded role that has potential to be extended dependent on funding and campus need.

Brief Description of Duties:
SUNY Morrisville is seeking a part-time Internship and Pathways Assistant to support the Office of Career Services. The Internship and Pathways Assistant will assist with creating a structure and database to capture and assess our internship experiences for students on and off campus.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Working with college school offices to review and monitor current intern program and student engagement
- Assist in creation of structure to support data and will manage data
- Scheduling support
- Supporting with campus events
- Supporting team with customer service - answering phones, emails, etc.
- Assisting and advising students with regards to career services
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in progress
- Microsoft Office experience
- Experience working with students
- Organizational and time management skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills
