The Role: 

We are searching for a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a winning social media strategy that amplifies our brand voice, increases brand awareness, and drives business objectives. You will be the mastermind behind our social media presence, crafting engaging content, building a loyal following, and keeping our audience buzzing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing goals and brand identity.
  • Conduct in-depth audience research to identify target demographics and tailor content accordingly.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
  • Manage a social media content calendar, scheduling posts for optimal reach and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics (e.g., impressions, engagement, follower growth) to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Manage community engagement, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns.
  • Generate reports to track progress and demonstrate the impact of social media efforts.

Skills and Tools Required:

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and emerging platforms.
  • Excellent content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling and visually appealing content.
  • Experience with social media management tools.
  • Data analysis skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for social media and staying ahead of the curve on the latest trends.
