Pre-Construction Coordinator

PRE-CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR

INFINIUM has the need for a full-time Pre-Construction Coordinator that is conscientious, hardworking, and dedicated to join our team with the following:

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Working on the preconstruction side of the business communicating with general contractors, architects, and clients to ask job-specific questions or provide them with knowledge of INFINIUM.
  • Work closely with all departments of the company, including sales, project management,

engineering, and production.

  • Review architectural drawing sets for demountable partition scope of work and information.
  • Perform takeoffs of drawings using Bluebeam and Excel.
  • Work with INFINIUM certified installers and raw material vendors to obtain up-to-date pricing
  • Accurately work up estimates based on information gathered from drawings and specifications.
  • Generate bid packages and proposals to send out to general contractors, architects, and clients.
  • Manage project information in company databases and software programs.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Experience (1-3 years) in mechanical engineering, construction management, architecture, or other industry-related field required.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Bluebeam, CAD, and Excel experience preferred.
  • Ability to understand and dissect architectural drawings.
  • Energetic, organized, and personable.
  • Hyper-communicative team player with problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Extremely organized and results-oriented.
  • Skilled in multi-tasking and time management.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
