Summer Aviation Experience (Internship) 2025

Are you a civil engineering student? Come join Delta Airport Consultants to learn more about airports and aviation, apply your civil engineering knowledge in the real world, and have fun while working!

During the 8-week Summer Aviation Experience, you will experience the world of aviation at various Delta offices from June through July, with an option to stay on board for some actual pilot training! We’ll give you the opportunity to see a project from start to finish (design through construction), hone your CAD skills and learn some Civil 3D, contribute to our real-world projects, and get a taste of aviation!

Summer Aviation Experience candidates must be studying Civil Engineering at an ABET-accredited engineering school. If you have a passion for airports and aviation, desire to travel and learn, and seek exposure to all facets of consulting engineering, please reach out to us! Airport design and planning background, land development interest, AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience, and internship/co-op experience a plus.
