The Outdoor Recreation Planner (Program Officer) will be working for the Land and Water Conservation Fund, State & Local Assistance Program and Urban and Recreation Recovery Program. They will be the primary liaison to assigned States providing technical assistance about program provisions and coordinating the project application review and recommendation for award decision process.
