Intern - HR Operations
Job Description
The Human Resources (HR) Intern will collaborate with global Industrial Solutions Americas.
Essential Duties:
- Support and prepare materials, documents, presentations related to enhance employee satisfaction by completing the following:
- Create and evaluate survey results for global employees
- Prepare HR communications/campaigns/events globally
- Benchmark other locations best practices for employee satisfaction
- Consolidate information gathered
- Prepare, monitor, analyze critical location KPIs
- Innovative ideas to improve KPIs
- Participate, coordinate, and support the Global HR meetings
- Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in a US accredited degree program pursuing a degree in data analytics, engineering, or similar
- Must be at least sophomore standing
- Must have and maintain a minimum GPA of a 2.8 or higher
- Able to work a minimum of 24+ hours or more per week during normal business hours (Monday-Friday)
- Able to commute to our Fairlawn, OH ContiTech HQs 3 days/week (Monday-Friday)
- Excellent communication, writing, and speaking skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Able to prepare and create desirable videos
- Curiosity to learn new things
- Willingness to travel up to 5%
