Marketing Associate
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support our marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing Associate will assist with various marketing activities and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Email Marketing
- Assist the marketing team with social media planning, email marketing campaigns, and social listening.
- Manage social media accounts and website updates.
- Develop engaging content for social media platforms.
Collaborative Marketing Efforts
- Support the marketing team in executing social media strategies, email marketing campaigns, and social listening activities.
Advisor Support
- Assist advisors in consolidating financial documents, managing client files, and generating client deliverables.
- Provide administrative and clerical support as needed at Waggoner Group, Inc.
Website Management
- Maintain and update website content and functionality.
Communication
- Conduct confirmation calls for appointments and bookings.
- Compose and send appointment reminder emails.
Task Management
- Schedule and reschedule internal and external tasks effectively.
Material Creation
- Produce internal and external documents, presentations, and other materials.
MINIMUM EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS NEEDED:
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and carry out tasks with a sense of urgency
- Ability to independently coordinate resources and complete assigned projects.
- Basic tax laws/Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
