Job Summary
The Inside Sales Representative is an essential and valued member of our team. This position is responsible for selling products and servicing the existing customer base that consist of retail and dealer sales. Growing the territory and bringing on new customers is critical as well.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process orders, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Research and resolve service/product issues to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Update and maintain accounts including contact names and numbers for future sales.
- Analyze existing and potential volume of dealers.
- Achieve annual sales targets.
- Additional duties as required
Responsibilities
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree required, preferred concentration in Business or Marketing
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Internship or related work experience in a customer facing role preferred
- Results oriented, attention to detail and good time management skills
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
