Registration Coordinator
REGISTRATION COORDINATOR
The Registration Coordinator is an integral part of the Expo & Event Operations Team as they assist the Registration & Housing Manager’s operation execution for The PPAI Expo, and other PPAI events as assigned. This position is a part-time / full-time temporary position from September-February.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Travel may be required for The PPAI Expo, January 13-16th, travel dates may vary.
- Experience with HubSpot preferred. (optional)
Essential Functions and Primary Duties
- Assist with event registration inquiries and concerns.
- Provide accurate information about event details, dates, and registration procedures.
- Monitor registration inboxes to support attendees and exhibitors in a timely manner.
- Assist with incoming calls from new and existing attendees.
- Assist with onsite event management, including setup and coordination of temps.
