Fall Social Media Internship
The Information Protection & Security Workforce Behavior team educates and inspires our 250,000 colleagues to protect our Company, and themselves and their families at home. The intern is a professional focused on creating and editing multimedia files and other duties to help spread the Information Protection & Security message across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- Create digital and print collateral that align with IPS design standards.
- Develop knowledge of relevant concepts, tools, and industry trends by participating in appropriate educational opportunities.
- Cross-train with other team members to learn other roles, like the IPS mailbox management.
- Support IPS-sponsored events in both planning (i.e. coordinating dates, locations, food, supplies, handouts, and presentations) and execution (i.e. setup and tear down)
- Edit and post content on the departmental intranet site.
- Manage and properly store files and digital assets.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the Information Protection & Security department.
- Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement.”
