USDA Agricultural Research Service is currently recruiting for an Office Automation Clerk at U.S. Horticultural Research Laboratory : USDA ARS in Fort Pierce, FL for Fall 2024. Responsibilities includes receiving incoming telephone calls and visitors; Receives, reviews, and routes incoming mail and packages; Uses office automation equipment and software to type, edit, and create a variety of standard documents; Sends and receives electronic mail and operates office photocopier; Fills in for office secretary or other clerical employees during periods of absence.
