Outreach Volunteer

We are wrapping up a consulting project focused on building partnerships with nonprofits, service providers, businesses, and foundations in Illinois and Texas. This is essential for us to spread awareness and thereby increase our funding and student enrollment.

They used ChatGPT to identify 278 organizations we should contact in Illinois. They also laid out the steps of how they collected this info so that we can replicate the process for Texas. And they helped us improve our marketing material in a way that is geared toward facilitating partnerships.

For the next 2 months, an Outreach Team comprised of 2 Team Leaders (Emily & Iris) and at least 5 Outreach Volunteers (you?) will do the following:

1. Collect the contact details for the 81 perfect matches in Illinois and enter them into our contact form.
2. Assist with composing concise and compelling emails to send to those contacts. These should be differentiated based on their industry and focus on encouraging them to partner with us.
3. Follow the ChatGDP steps to collect similar info for Texas. Then repeat steps 1 & 2 with those contacts.

Requirements:

• Ability to volunteer for at least 5 hours per week for at least 2 months
