Community Engagement Specialist
Goodwill Industries--Knoxville, Inc. is seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to assist with all aspects of community outreach and engagement including special events/projects, social media management, and donation acquisition.
Candidates should possess the skills required to assist in managing social media outlets and engage members of the community in learning about the organization by attending outreach events, participating in public speaking events, organizing outreach events, and forming meaningful partnerships that help reach donation goals. Must be willing and able to perform a variety of tasks and have demonstrated previous, related experience.
Candidates should have an Associate's of Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Non-Profit Management and/or related field and a minimum of one year of professional experience. Must have a vast knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Social Media platforms, Canva, and/or Adobe Creative Suite. Experience in a non-profit is a plus. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, be insurable under Goodwill's auto insurance, and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Pay: $16.83 - $19.23 per hour
