Description:
- The Training Coordinator II role is crucial for coordinating and planning the site-wide training requirements at the Dexter, MI location.
- The primary objective is to ensure compliance with Medical device standards while deploying assignments in a manner that minimizes any negative impact on manufacturing production schedules and the delivery of products to patients.
- The role requires close collaboration with Manufacturing management and the local HR Partner to ensure the successful execution of training programs at this newly acquired site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Master Training Calendar Ownership: Maintain and manage the Master Training Calendar for Dexter, MI Operations.
- Single Point of Contact for Training Assignments: Serve as the accountable resource for all Cornerstone Training Assignments.
- Proactive Training Deployment: Plan and deploy assigned trainings for Direct Labor, leveraging Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to meet adult learning objectives.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Confirm training assignments in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Plan and coordinate complex training delivery schedules for manufacturing across multiple shifts.
- Occasionally perform on-the-job training, skills training, and classroom training in assembly and production areas.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new training programs and introduce new processes and sequences for manufacturing areas.
- Maintain rosters of training progress, examination records, and certification records; monitor trainees as needed.
- Production Support Career Stream:
- Provide support in manufacturing operations and/or distribution centers, including assembly, machinery, processing, packaging, and/or distribution of company products.
- Set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic machines and related equipment in continuous production/processing operations.
- Report malfunctions or abnormalities in machines, recommending and/or making adjustments as necessary.
- Engage in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or storage of products in distribution centers.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Vocational or technical education or certification may be required in addition to prior work experience.
- Full job knowledge of production-related systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.
