Role:

As a UI/UX Designer Intern, you will assist in designing user interfaces and creating an engaging user experience for The SoundTrek platform. You will collaborate with our development team to ensure that the platform is intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for the platform.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement designs and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for enhancing the platform's usability.
- Conduct usability testing and make recommendations for improvements based on user feedback.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.

Skillsets:

- Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- User Research: Ability to conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a collegiate program in UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and practices.
- Eagerness to learn and apply new design tools and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
