Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Manager Intern to join our web development team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing web development projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning, executing, and overseeing web development projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content creators.
- Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure milestones are met.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure project deliverables meet company standards.
- Prepare project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project reviews.
- Stay updated on the latest web development trends and project management best practices.

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic understanding of web development technologies and processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, JIRA).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
