Student Assistant - Operations Team | UW Oshkosh Reeve Memorial Union

Assist Building Operations Manager, Custodial Supervisor, Operations Team Lead or Student Building Manager with all aspects of service provision, including set ups, take downs for event reservations; cleaning duties; at Reeve Union and Blackhawk Commons and other duties as assigned. Must be able to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

1. Knowledge of Reeve Memorial Union, University Dining and Operations policies and procedures.

2. Effective verbal and written communication skills.

3. Efficient, dependable, and able to carry out instructions independently.

4. Ability to use HRS Software.

5. Demonstrate leadership skills and maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA.

6. Possess a basic understanding of cleaning procedures and equipment

1. Complete room set ups, take downs, storage and clean-up of equipment.

2. Perform custodial/maintenance duties as required.

3. Respond to customer needs regarding adjustments to room sets/equipment.

4. Seasonal tasks including lawn care and snow removal.

5. Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
