DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
To excel as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Four Winds Manor, Inc., you must possess a current LPN license and hold or be willing to obtain a CPR certification shortly after joining. Your successful candidate will have recent clinical experience or specialized skills in geriatric care, coupled with a deep understanding of infection control principles. Maintaining patient and company information confidentiality is crucial in this role. Additionally, your ability to establish positive and professional relationships with patients, families, and colleagues at all levels will be integral to providing the highest standard of care. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Education: Must hold and maintain a current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Certificate/License: Must hold and maintain a current CPR certification or willing to obtain their CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
- Work Experience: Recent clinical experience
- education
- or specialty skills specific to geriatric
- Knowledge of infection control principles and practices. Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information. Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with patients, families and other employees at all levels
