Sales Representative

Since 1987, Synerfac has served its clients by providing top-notch contract/direct technical staff to small to large businesses nationally.   Synerfac is looking for an Account Representative in our Bala Cynwyd, PA office.

The Account Representative will be responsible for the full system development life cycle of Sales.  An Account Representative at Synerfac will be working in many different fields including; I.T., Clinical, Maintenance, Engineering, Design, Architectural, Administrative, etc.  

Primary Duties include:

* Drive growth by selling Synerfac's staffing services to current and potential clients (small to large sized companies/employers)
* Develop relationships through face to face meetings, phone conversations, email, social media and professional networking
* Prospect revenue opportunities (cold call) and build a pipeline to reach quota
* Record daily and weekly activity in custom CRM.
* Develop account relationships and close sales quickly
* Prospect assigned territory to educate and increase market share.
