Associate Veterinarian! Full time, Part time opportunities!
Come and join us providing high quality care to our patients working with a great, dedicated team! Saxony Animal Clinic, located in Sarver, PA is looking to add 2 associate veterinarians to our team!! Located about 30 min north of Pittsburgh, PA, we are a privately owned full service canine and feline practice and have been serving the community with quality care for 45 years. Our practice is a place that values education,progressive medicine, collaboration, and mentorship in addition to high quality care. The area is developing--have a Starbucks opening in December!! And there are several nature/state parks with great hiking trails close by (Todd Nature, Moraine State, Harrison Hills). We have long term relationships with a lot of our clients. We also have a well trained, full support staff ready to go as well (ratio 2 tech:1 Dr). We do have the usual tools and imaging available (surgery suite, in house lab, DR radiography, dental radiography, ultrasound, Companion Laser Class IV). Always looking to add more services! Have updated the exam rooms to the fear free approach. Always looking to add more more to our capabilities. Would like to restart urgent care services, but if ER/urgent care/surgery is not your thing, that's ok too! We can make you a place where you will shine and you will be such a huge part and great addition to the team! No on call hours or after hours emergencies!

What you will be working on and qualifications:
Build and maintain client relationships
Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of Canine and Feline Cases
Provide education to clients and staff on recommendations and choices in care
Maintain a positive work environment
Knowledge in management of Internal Medicine, Dermatology, Ophtho, Cardio, Onco, Neuro, Critical Care, and behavioral cases. If you have a special interest, we will be sure to get you the tools so you can pursue your passion!
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and personal development, compassion for your patients and clients
Strong interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment.

Base Salary $95k-$120k plus production, base salary is based off of experience (no neg accural!)--4 day work week
