Job Title: Oracle Developer

Location: Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote

Job Type: W2 Contract ( Don't apply if looking for C2C)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle database applications.
  • Write efficient and complex SQL queries, PL/SQL scripts, stored procedures, and triggers.
  • Optimize database performance through tuning and query optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Develop and maintain database documentation, including data models and ER diagrams.
  • Ensure data integrity and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience working as an Oracle Developer.
  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL programming.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle database architecture and performance tuning.
  • Experience with Oracle tools such as SQL*Plus, TOAD, or SQL Developer.
  • Knowledge of data modeling and database design.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle APEX or Oracle Forms and Reports.
  • Familiarity with Unix/Linux shell scripting.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.
